Brandon Moreno and Kai Kara-France came ready last weekend for their much-anticipated rematch at UFC 277. Only this time, the stakes were higher than ever for the interim flyweight championship belt. Moreno showed his championship experience against Kara-France. Moreno TKO’d his fierce rival in the co-main event at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.
Brandon and Kara-France put on an absolute war before Brandon stopped the City Kickboxing fighter at the end of round 3. Brandon, despite the amazing victory, did not leave the fight unbruised. Kara-France inflicted some great pain on the fighter and left the Mexican with some stitches. Moreno in his recent TMZ interview gives an update about his injury and says he is ready to return to the dance floor as soon as possible.

“It’s just a little bit uncomfortable. I was kind of playing with my daughter and she touched it [the injury] and it was a little painful, but nothing too serious,” said Moreno talking to TMZ Sports in a recent interview. The fighter believes he is ready to be back in December as he claimed in his octagon interview at UFC 277.
“Easy money. Just ten stitches, a little purple eye, a little makeup, but nothing serious,” says Moreno when asked if he is down to fight by the end of the ear.
